Facial Blushing Treatments – How I Finally Stopped Blushing Permanently

July 13th, 2010 No comments

Hi my name is John,

I made this page to tell you all about how I was able to cure my blushing problems permanently, with out any hassle. I’m not exactly a medical professional but solving my facial blushing was actually pretty darn easy. Learn how I did it.

Blushing Isn't Fun, Trust Me I Know

Now that I’ve finally figured out how to cure blushing without any expensive medications or drugs, all my friends and family have been asking me how I did it. I figured it would be a lot easier to share my story on this page and show everyone how I eliminated blushing once and for all.

Just a few months ago, I was playing the field and dating a lot when my buddy called me out on being an “excessive blusher”. He said that every time I talked to a woman, my face got all red and flush, making me look like a complete idiot!

It’s gets even worse, you see I didn’t believe my buddy so I made him bring a camera along one time when we went out. I’m almost too embarrassed to admit this, but my face really did turn cherry red with every single conversation!

My initial thought was to try out medications to cure facial blushing, so I went to see a doctor and got a few different drugs to try. A few weeks went by and my blushing problem was still there… The doctor kept telling me to keep taking the medicine, so I kept going for yet another week.

I Used This Course To Stop Blushing Permanently

I’m usually quick at finding solutions to problems, but this medication was just not helping at all. After weeks of using this “advanced” medication, I still didn’t see any results. So I thought… maybe I could somehow cure my excessive blushing problems on own mine, at least then I could go out without being embarrassed every night. So I surfed around the Internet and found tons of people selling all kinds of facial blushing treatments.

Long story short, I ended up wasting money on a few different natural blushing treatments, until I found this really cool method called “Blushing Breakthrough”. Not only would it stop my facial blushing problems, but it also promised to help me overcome social anxiety (which I’ve been dealing with since childhood) so I could go out and have a lot of fun!

After I have in and bought “Blushing Breakthrough”, everything else was easy. I just sat back and watched a few videos, and before I knew it my life was changing in front of my own eyes. I called up my buddy and told him how easy it was to stop blushing without medication and apparently it worked for him too. I truly believe that I would still be sitting at home feeling down if I didn’t find this online blushing treatment. That’s why I wrote this page.

You can get more information about the specifics at: http://www.blushingbreakthrough.com/

Click here to visit the website and learn more

There site will explain it a lot better than I could, so I’m not even going to bother trying.

I hope this helps you! (it sure helped me)

Prevent Excessive Sweating

How can I prevent excessive underarm odor and sweating?

I am still a teenager but it’s still very embarassing. I have even updated it almost every hour but still the same happens. Even deodorants is no use at all. Please recommend some that can be found in the Philippines. THANK YOU ALL:)

I had the same problem. I had what is called a bilateral skoog operation. Basically they lifted the skin under my armpits and removed 75% of the sweat glands. It reduced the problem by about half and was definitely not worth it. There are treatments you can get from the chemist high in the ingredient in normal underarm antiperspirant’s that are more effective. Try your chemist, or drug store whatever its called there.

HELP WITH BLUSHING

A fellow blusher myself, I haven’t found anything to be able to prevent it; it is actually a physiological response, but I have found that it does lessen as you get more worldly and jaded. I also get a bright red blushy face and rudolph nose after one or more sips of alcohol, which people notice immediately, and now recognize or assume that I have been drinking. Now that’s an mbarassing attention-getter…. I don’t have an solution for this yet.

I do think that in the beginning, my shyness, modesty, and quiet and personal nature made the flushing and blushing happen without even knowing it. I felt red and hot, but did not know of the outward physical appearnace until several people mentioned it which made it intensify even more. I would blush if someone called or mentioned my name or if I was presenting in front of a group of people; large or small. Sometmes this would happen if I was called upon in a group of people in a meeting or informal gathering, even if I had a valid opionion or solution.

If you are in the work world and this happens alot, it does get better if you make sure to prepare yourself fully, therefore making you actually feel confident in what you are doing, and what you have to say. I myself became “unflappable”; trying to not act emotionally or letting anything bother me, but this leads to others perceiving me as too laid back, unconcerned, uncommitted, and not working as hard as the others; even though this was the OPPOSITE of the truth, so I guess I compensated a bit much. I do believe that a change in attitude, as well as believing in your own self-worth, abilities and skills. Basically, be confident in yourself and prepare your self for any situation. Relax, and let the blush pass; it is no big thing and not a sign of weakness. I think it shows great sensitivity and conscientiousness in your dealings.

I do still flush and blush, sometimes without knowing it, at unexpected moments over a compliment, or if someone says something that is shocking, suprising, embarrasing, something that I may not be used to hearing, or something that elicits an extreme reaction in my mind and/or body. In these cases, all I can do is smile and laugh and this seems to take the anxiety away from me and redirect attention back to the original matter. Once the heat was off, I felt more comfortable and less vulnerable. Hopefully you will feel more relaxed and empowered every time this happens, which will ultimately allow you to manage the blushing. Don’t worry, just turn it into a healthy glowing smile !
