July 13th, 2010 No comments

Hi my name is John,

I made this page to tell you all about how I was able to cure my blushing problems permanently, with out any hassle. I’m not exactly a medical professional but solving my facial blushing was actually pretty darn easy. Learn how I did it.

Blushing Isn't Fun, Trust Me I Know

Now that I’ve finally figured out how to cure blushing without any expensive medications or drugs, all my friends and family have been asking me how I did it. I figured it would be a lot easier to share my story on this page and show everyone how I eliminated blushing once and for all.

Just a few months ago, I was playing the field and dating a lot when my buddy called me out on being an “excessive blusher”. He said that every time I talked to a woman, my face got all red and flush, making me look like a complete idiot!

It’s gets even worse, you see I didn’t believe my buddy so I made him bring a camera along one time when we went out. I’m almost too embarrassed to admit this, but my face really did turn cherry red with every single conversation!

My initial thought was to try out medications to cure facial blushing, so I went to see a doctor and got a few different drugs to try. A few weeks went by and my blushing problem was still there… The doctor kept telling me to keep taking the medicine, so I kept going for yet another week.

I Used This Course To Stop Blushing Permanently

I’m usually quick at finding solutions to problems, but this medication was just not helping at all. After weeks of using this “advanced” medication, I still didn’t see any results. So I thought… maybe I could somehow cure my excessive blushing problems on own mine, at least then I could go out without being embarrassed every night. So I surfed around the Internet and found tons of people selling all kinds of facial blushing treatments.

Long story short, I ended up wasting money on a few different natural blushing treatments, until I found this really cool method called “Blushing Breakthrough”. Not only would it stop my facial blushing problems, but it also promised to help me overcome social anxiety (which I’ve been dealing with since childhood) so I could go out and have a lot of fun!

After I have in and bought “Blushing Breakthrough”, everything else was easy. I just sat back and watched a few videos, and before I knew it my life was changing in front of my own eyes. I called up my buddy and told him how easy it was to stop blushing without medication and apparently it worked for him too. I truly believe that I would still be sitting at home feeling down if I didn’t find this online blushing treatment. That’s why I wrote this page.

You can get more information about the specifics at: http://www.blushingbreakthrough.com/

There site will explain it a lot better than I could, so I’m not even going to bother trying.

I hope this helps you! (it sure helped me)

Is there anything that could help my blushing?

Ive had alot of problems, im 18 and i cant even talk to anyone without blushing, ive read confidence books, done councilling, and its done nothing. I just want to be able to talk to a group of people, and go out like normal peolple do and have nothing to worry about, i dont want to think “oh god im going red” everytime someone talks to me, its worse when theres more that 2 people, Please HELPP!! Thankss icon smile Blushing Books

I used to be like that a few years ago (I’m 17 now) so I started using No7 Colour Calming make up base..
The green one to disguise redness..then wore a thick foundation on top to make sure.

So, whenever I could feel a random blush coming on, I knew that it wasn’t visible.
And becasue I knew no one could see it, it actually stopped over a period of time.

Its just psychological. I had it for years growing up, it was a bloody nightmare.
Especially in school…

I’m so amazed its gradually disappeared now over time and I’ve gained confidence icon smile Blushing Books

Although becasue I’m really pale, it’d make it much more noticeable.. And you know when you break out in a blush for no apparent reason, then someone goes, why are you going red.. blah blah blah you know the story, it gets worse.. then my face literally burns up and stays red hot for about an hour.
Ergh it was horrible.
I tried everything but nothing worked apart from using the colour calming base and foundation and telling yourself, SO WHAT IF IM BLUSHING, no one can see it! Then you get used to it, and a few months later it should calm down x

Symptoms and signs of rosacea include:

1.    Areas of redness on your face

2.    Small red bumps or pustules on your nose, cheeks, forehead, and/or chin

3.    Small blood vessels on your nose and/or cheeks (called telangiectasia)

4.    Tendency to flush or blush

Causes of Rosacea

A number of factors that can trigger rosacea have been identified. Some of these factors include:

1.    Certain foods or drinks (e.g. spicy foods, alcohol)

2.    Low levels of stomach acid

3.    Constipation

4.    Hormonal imbalance

5.    Nutritional deficiencies (especially of B vitamins)

6.    Certain medications (e.g. Corticosteroids, drugs that dilate blood vessels, including some blood pressure medications)

7.    Temperature extremes

8.    Sunlight

Diet for Rosacea

Diet rich in vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and zinc is highly recommended for reducing and removing Rosacea skin eruptions by facilitation the process of healing by strengthening the blood capillaries and boosting the immune system. Omega 3 fatty acids found in flaxseed oil and fish oils are also beneficial for skin.

Besides, restrict the consumption of alcoholic and caffeinated beverages as they tend to aggravate Rosacea. It has been observed that dairy products (except cottage cheese) and foods like spinach, eggplant, avocado, red plum, raisins, figs, yeast extract etc can also trigger Rosacea in certain individuals.

Home Remedies

1.    Beta-carotene, which the body uses to make vitamin A, helps to strengthen capillaries and is healing for the skin. Take 25,000 international units twice daily.

2.    The B vitamins, especially vitamin B2 (riboflavin), are necessary for healthy skin, hair, and nails. Take a vitamin-B complex containing 100 milligrams of most of the major B vitamins daily.

3.    Vitamin C raises immunity, promotes healing, and strengthens connective tissue. Bioflavonoids are anti-inflammatory and help to strengthen blood vessels, and work with vitamin C. Take 500 milligrams of vitamin C with bioflavonoids three times a day

4.    Zinc also helps to heal the skin. Take 25 milligrams twice a day, with meals and with 1 milligram of copper.

5.    Flaxseed oil supplies essential fatty acids that help to reduce inflamma tion. Take 1,000 milligrams or 1 teaspoon three times a day

Prevention tips for Rosacea

1.    Eat a diet that emphasizes raw vegetables and grains, organically grown if possible.

2.    Avoid fats, especially saturated fats, and all animal products. Saturated fats promote inflammation. Also avoid alcohol, caffeine, cheese, chocolate, cocoa, dairy products, eggs, fat, fish, salt, sugar, and spicy foods.

3.    As much as possible, avoid wearing makeup. If you do use cosmetics, choose all-natural, water-based products.

4.    Friction is extremely irritating, so avoid wearing tight clothing such as turtlenecks that can rub against the skin. Be careful about anything that comes close to or into contact with your face. Even holding the telephone receiver against your face for a while can raise the local temperature and irritate sensitive skin.
