Pink Eye Conjunctivitis Infants
Pink Eye Conjunctivitis Infants
Can someone tell me what eye condition this is?
Occasionally I get these odd yellowish bumps on the white part of my eyes, they swell up (looking somewhat like pus bubbles) and then go down after a an hour or so. They don’t hurt my vision in any way, but feel awkward when I blink of close my eyes because of the strange size.
I haven’t been able to see what this is from look around, the best answer I found was ‘pinguecula’ and I’m still not sure that’s exactly correct. Does anyone know what this is or how to treat/prevent it?
(I have slightly dry eyes occasionally, and have had what I believe to be a viral pink eye, or conjunctivitis, several times before. I also had some eye problems as an infant, if that helps.)
I looked at styes, that’s not the problem. A Stye or chalazion appear on the upper or lower eyelids, this is appearing directly on the eyeball.
to really be for sure you should contact an optometrist (eye specialist). Have you brought this up to your family doctor? I don’t know what it is called but i would consult a doctor about it. It can be a sign for something being wrong somewhere in your body. Your eyes can tell a lot.
