what medications worked for you?? or did u try therapy and did it help?

Ativan and Seroquel have helped me a lot. I no longer get “Free-floating” anxiety attacks, and if I have a panic attack while I’m out in a public place, taking 1mg of ativan will make it go away in less than a half an hour.

However, it’s different for everyone, if you have a genuine panic disorder, its best to talk to a psychiatrist about how you’re feeling, and they can advise you on what would be the best thing to try.
