can urticaria take a form of blood cancer after 5 or more years?

urticaria a type of mastocytosis..can this urticaria take a form of luykemia /blood cancer if patient is suffering frm urticria(rashes/hives by rubbing,pressing)frm more than 5 years.(in adults).??

Mastocytosis is not very common with urticaria but it does and can happen obviously. When mastocytosis strikes it’s caused not by urticaria but an overproduction of mast cells, When this happens, it’s rare. It may infiltrate the liver, spleen bones, GI system and skin. When and if it becomes systemic, meaning if can go anywhere in the body and to do this, it would be in the blood then yes, it may precede mast cell leukemia. Mast cells are connective tissue. You can see why this would be so rare.
