If castro were smart he would declare Cuba a ‘hands off health care market’ and let American Dr.’s come there?
and set up shop… Heck, he’d be swimming in money as American and Canadian doctors flock to Cuba where they will be able to make a decent living.
I hope some country is listening so we can go there like the Canadians used to be able to come here……..
I’d fly to Cuba or Jamaica for good health care if I had cancer and didn’t want to wait for govt. beauracracy to approve my treatment. Wouldn’t you?
