Can pregnant women scuba dive?

I’m NOT pregnant….but me and my hubby were trying and we are going to Jamaica in July (21 days from now) and I was wondering how limited I would be to scuba dive? This might be a duh question to some but its a serious question that I was wondering. Also, could I go to the spa and get a massage? On the resort’s website it says something about “prenatal treatments are not available at the spa” So does that mean they do not give massages to pregnant women?
