I need help with these symptoms?

My father is feeling really sick. On Saturday, he started feeling dizzy, while he was driving his vision blurred for about 2 seconds. He then started having cold sweats. This morning he started vomiting. Can this be just food poisoning or a stomach flu? There is no history of heart disease or cancer in our family. Any help is appreciated since we do not have health insurance.

It sounds like food poisoning to me, try to track down what exactly it was that he ate to see if the possibility is there. If you can’t afford to go to a doctor then keep a close eye on him, don’t leave him alone, ride it out for a few days and he might get totally better but if he loses consciousness even for a moment, call an ambulance.
