If one of the eggs would’ve been fertilized and implanted then you wouldn’t have gotten your period unless you are one of the few who get a period or two while being pregnant. I see that you have pcod (I call it PCOS)? You didn’t mention anything about taking metformin. Most doctors (the one’s who really know what they’re doing) will put you on metformin, working your dose up to at least 1500mg per day, for 3 months before starting you on clomid. This is because women with PCOS have a hard time ovulating with clomid if they are not on metformin. There is also other benefits of metformin, including: Return of ovulation and regular menses, reduced risk of developing diabetes and heart disease, lessening of PCOS symptoms such as weight loss and lessening or removal of acne, and the most important for those trying to conceive: women who don’t take metformin while pregnant have a 46% chance of miscarriage. Women who do take metformin during pregnancy have the national average percentage of miscarriages, which is 12%. It looks like you’re going to have to try again next month for your bfp, but hopefully you’ll be taking metformin along with the clomid, unless gloformin is like metformin, in which case I’m rambling for nothing lol. Good luck and baby dust****
