Well HIV symptoms can, but you have to remember that this could eb anything, as a person would be lucky to get symptoms of an std because their very uncommon. I suggest getting tested and then if your clean or the symptom does not seem to go away or your not relieved of it, go to a doctor. Excessive sweating could be because of to much excersize (obviously) or it could be that the room your in is too hot or your living in country where heat waves are common. (I live in Cananda, no heat waves here, well in my province)
