This is weird Question I know?

I began wondering about my niece who is 15. She dresses as a little s/l/u/t that and will make a sailor blush,
I always thought it was a USA thing after reading some of the responses to the question do teenage girls in Turkey rebel and have the same struggle for identity that American girls seem to have.
Because especilly “Yogurt mu dedin?” is like my niece now.
Is this behavior more stage or does society and culture just tolerate teenage behavior. I know my parents her grand parents want to lock her up and through away the key. So it may be generational. I have no teenagers but have worked extensivly with them however.
So my question is is it common for girls 15 or around 15 to be defiant disrespectful and slutty dressing in Turkey also.

15 year old? That is nothing.. In Turkey 7 year olds started to dress up like teenage girls. I know from personal experience since I have a 7 year old niece and her and her friends wouldn’t wear anything it the belly is closed or not a thank top or a mini skirt….. They started driving parents and grandparents crazy already.
And you should witness the games they are playing.. No homemaker mom’s or dad’s or cooking for the kids are involved in the games any more. They are busy charming and dumping imaginary boyfriends…
The reason is the pop culture of nowadays that is pumped 24/7 from TVs and Media. Even the cartoons and serials that are supposed to be made for youngsters and teenagers here are filled with girlfriend- boyfriend issues, revealing clothing is promoted and disrespect to the elderly and family is shown as if it is an acceptable part of todays society.
As a media, PR and advertising educated person, I am ashamed to admit but sex sells.. and Media became the number force. This is causing early sexual awareness and loss of values.
I don’t know what can be done or reverse this affect but I am afraid it is too late now. The damage is already done so be easy on your niece
