I am going to a party dressed as a corpse bride/ex-wife, what make up should i wear for effect and scars?

I’m going to a party with a theme: “Friday the 13th.”
I’ve decided my costume, and I am going as a corpse bride/ex-wife. I plan on using this white dress (wedding dress) and a veil; also wire around my neck, and maybe cuffs around my arm. Im a beginner with make up so I kinda don’t know what i should wear? And with what?
im going for the white pale face with black make up and RED lips. But i want scars on me. What make up should i use (and not expensive) to give me that over-the-top scary look? What would i need? e.g. mascara, blush, baby powder, face painting?

How should i look scary? anyone know how to use draw scars that look realistic?

If you want to look scary, zombish, or malformed … then I would definitely go with dark under eye circles, maybe bruises, a busted lip and some torn clothes.
You can do all of this with simple make-up techniques (and you don’t need any experience to make it look nice :] ).

BUT, if you’re wanting to “go to a party dressed as a corpse bride/ex-wife” … how about instead, you gain some respect.
Respect for yourself. Respect for others. Respect for Soldiers/Military, who advertently and/or in- advertently, die, and are now (as well as before) dying for us. Respect for people who have lost caring friends & relatives in this sick war.
They are THE reason you are able to ask a question like this on YA, or any other forum.
They are part of the reason, we are free, and struggle to maintain freedom (this does include freedom of speech, FOR YOU & I BOTH). Another part of the reason that we are ‘free’, is the people who stand behind them.

If you are a “corpse bride/ex-wife”, and feel that “using wire around my neck, and maybe cuffs around my arm”, and makeup to give the “over-the-top scary look”, is the classic Fri the 13th show of your situation, or even the ideal of a Corpse/Military wife, Then I think what you should do instead is go to counseling.
If in that case, then you are harboring anger/resentments. And these are not the reality of a wife or ex of a Military person. They are the reality of a bad marriage/relationship.
