A couple of questions for my wedding?
If I don’t plan on serving champagne at my wedding for the toast, what other beverage can I serve that everyone will enjoy? Any ideas would be helpful.
P.S. What is tradition for lifting the blusher veil? Does the person that is giving me away lift it when I reach the alter or does my fiancee’ before he kisses me? The reason I am asking is b/c I have seen it done both ways and I have been debating this with my family. Thanks!
You can serve sparkling wine if you dont want chapagne..
what iv seen at weddings is that the father of the bride would lift the veil, kiss her and then put the veit back, so the face is uncovered, its up to you I guess depending on how traditional you want to be…but you might want to be able to look at your fiancee directly in the eyes..with nothing covering the view..when you are saying your vows..
