MAC make-up is bad for your skin? Whose heard this?

I just read someones response and they said it’s bad for the skin. Is this true? Because I live by their eyeshadows and blush.

i have acne prone skin and have been told by my dermatologist that m.a.c. facial products are high in perservatives which gives them their staying power and can be problematic for skin like mine. she said that their other products are okay for daily use (ie shadows, lip gloss, etc.) I took her advice and switched to Bare Escentuals and she was right, I stopped breaking out as bad! I still use alot of M.A.C products but just not their foundations, creams, powders, blushes etc. I use NARS blushes.
