Makeup Problems?
I have a lot of makeup, but I can’t really figure out what looks against my skin. I have apricot skin and dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. As for makeup, I have:
Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer,
Jane Eyeshadow 4-some with copper, brown, olive, and cream,
Mary Kay lip gloss in Beach Bronze
Pink blush,
Brown eyeliner, purple eyeliner, copper eyeliner
can any of you recommend some good makeup products? I’ve earned a bunch of babysitting money and want to spend some on some makeup.
I agree with the girl below… I work for mac and we do several people like yourself each day. There are many colors that would compliment your skin …just depends on who dramatic your wanting to go.
With having the light eyes,you can play them out with black liners….in the upper and (or) just the liner lids. A more daring look we could add some shadows anywhere from the smokey eye…. to a simple hint of color.
here are some of the shadows that would like nice with your color eyes

also you can add a little spark by adding glitter…or the higer impact liquid shadows.
As far as your skin…. a good foundation a light rosy blush (just a tiny bit …**hint**smile when u apply it this highlight the check bone…bringing out the structure)
Lips…. no red!!! it will draw away the attention of your eyes and in most cases it will make you look pale.
try pinks no to bright,mochas….
