Which ones best? Well Dressed Or Pink Swoon for MAC blush?

i have very pale skin and i am looking for a good blush without shimmer. I want a baby pink one to give me some flush to my cheeks. I like either Well dressed or Pink Swoon. Which one is best?

If you have a fair skin tone I would definitely recommend Well Dressed. I wish I was fair enough to rock that shade! It’s a great pink for fairer skin tones meaning 25 or under (if you follow MAC shades). Not too cool or too warm. It’s definitely the most flattering on NC/NW 20-25.
I just think Pink Swoon can sometimes come off as a bit too cool (blue toned) to work on a wider range of tones.
