Blush Belly Band
I am considering Lap Band surgery to shed weight. Is the procedure worth it, and will it keep the weight off?
I am a 28 year old white Hispanic female. Back in 1999 I had a flat belly and an oval shaped innie navel. I have no children. In 2000 I started college while holding two jobs. To cope with the resultant emotional pressures I started eating six filling meals a day. By 2004 I came to weigh 340lbs and I have a very huge belly.
At present if I try to eat fewer than six meals a day (say three meals) I experience severe cramps and moodiness so I eat six full meals a day.
In April I crossed the 400lb threshold and my belly button popped out. My friends like to punch my belly so that it jiggles. Others like squeezing my outie so now I tape it down.
Recently I went to the beach and blushed. Everybody stared as the tape fell off!
I have decided to get rid of my big flabby belly.
I also want my belly betton to revert to an innie.
I am going to adopt a strict regimen of diet and exercise, but first I have to get Lap Band gastric bypass surgery.
How effective is the procedure?
Effective and safer than the gastric bypass. You can have the belt adjusted after it is inserted, or even have it removed. Make sure your diet, small as it might turn out, to have healthy fat, like olive oil, salmon or tuna, or avacado, to keep your skin moist so it can shrink.
You need to adopt an excercise program, easy to do so after you drop 50 lbs or so, to also make your internal organs, like your heart, healthy as well.
